- Zero Border Overscanning. A feature of the
monitor that enables the monitor image to be stretched
to the plastic bezel of the monitor case, thus
eliminating the black frame of the video image.
ZIF - Zero Insertion Force. A type of socket
for the CPU. The ZIF CPU is inserted and removed
without force due to a special installation and
removal device built into the socket.
